+/ Geotextile : including non-woven, Polypropylen , Polyester geocomposite woven geotextile with tensile strength upto 1000kN/m for Ten Cate Nicolon ( Holland ), Daeyoun Geotech Co., Ltd ( Korea ), Fotai ( Taiwan ) , Thi Son ( Vietnam ) for several application such as filtration, seperation, erosion control, stabilization and reinforcement for for infrastructure and enviromental projects through out Vietnam with anual sale volume over 2 million sq.m annually

   

+/ Geo-grid : made by Ten Cate Nicolon ( Holland ) in Malaysia plant . Geo-grid is used to reinforced steep slope, retaining wall and stabilizing the soft foundation such as air-port, sea-port, ship-building plant with economical and enviromental solution

   

+/ Perfabricated vertical drain : Ceteau drain ( before Mebra-drain ) have been  famous brand name in Vietnam since 1995 with main purpose of accelerate consolidation process of soft-foundation. We have been supplying over 40 million meters of PVD for many key infrastructure projects in Vietnam so far

   

Besides, we also provide vacuum consolidation packages and the use of composite strip drains for lateral drainage on PVD to make faster consolidation of foundation with new concept than conventional one

+/ HDPE geomembrane : we are distributor for GSE Lining technology Co., Ltd , one of the world largest geomembrane maker in the world with production facility in Thailand with capacity of 50,000MTS annually. HDPE geomembrane have been mostly applied for lining layer to prevent the leakages of waste / contaminated water to ground water , capping layer for land-fill, bio-gas, mine, power plant,  shrimp farm, waste water treatment plant.. So far we have been supplying and installing HDPE geomembrane for almost 100 projects in Vietnam since the year 2000.

+/ Geosynthetic Clay Liner ( GCL ) : is sodium bentonite with very low permeability encapsulated between two layers of non-woven and woven geotextile by needle-punch process that create a very good lining system with very low permeability and many advantages for water-proofing than 90 cm of conventional compacted clayer liner. GCL have been applied for lining and caping of land-fill, ash-pond, dumping place, reservoir, damp . At present we have been distributor for CETCO Lining Technology , world largest GCL makers with manufacturing facility in Suzhou China, Korea..and so far we have been supplying and installing nearly 1 million sq.m of GCL for enviromental, damp projects in Danang, Haiphong, Hochiminh, QuangBinh, Bac Lieu, Ninh Thuan, Hoa Binh .

  

+/ HDPE pipe : we have been supplying HDPE pipe made by KWH Thailand for several sanitation projects funded by WB, ADB in Danang, haiphong, HCM city with big diameter from 560mm to 810mm. KWH is one of the biggest HDPE pipe maker in the world who can supply solid HDPE pipe upto 1600mm and corrugated pipe upto 3000mm.

  

MANUFACTURING

+/ Gabion : we contribute capital to set up Gabico, manufacturer  of Gabion box, sac gabion in Soc son district, Hanoi with production capacity of 3000MTS . At present we have been producing both galvanized and galvanized PVC coating gabion with two mesh size 80x100 and 100x120mm in state of art production lines. Our gabion have been widely applied in several hydraulic project such as banking protection, transportation project such as retaing wall, slope protection..and GABICO brand have been well recognized by project owners, consultant and design firms, contractors through-out Vietnam.

CONSTRUCTING WORKS

+/ Vertical Drain : We have owned Pre-fabricated Vertical Drain installaing machine with brand-new based machine and hydraulic stichers imported from Holland to warranty high and realiable installation speed with daily rate upto 14,000m and depth upto 20 meters. At present we have been installing PVD for package No.1 and 5 of Cau Gie Ninh Binh high-way with quantity of 2.4 million meters

  

+/ HDPE geomembrane : we have had well-training and professional installation crews with over 8 years experiences and equiped with high-tech welding and testing machine imported from USA, Switzeland to warranty to provide high-quality installation services for lining project where HDPE geomembrane have been used. So far we have been installing and welding successfully million sq.m of HDPE geomembrane from 0.3mm to 3mm thickness for land-fill, waste water treatment, chemical plant, shrimp farm....
